Local businesses lose work the same way every time: the phone rings while everyone is busy, it goes to voicemail, and the customer calls the next name on the list. PalmRoute answers it instead.

  • Answers every call, 24/7 — after hours and when staff are busy.
  • Books the appointment straight into their existing calendar.
  • Sends reminders — the cheapest way to cut no-shows.
  • Asks for the review and follows up with past customers.

Trade background

When I moved to the United States in 2019 I had no network here and no contacts, so the fastest way to start earning was to get into the trades. I took the work that was available and learned it properly — interior painting and hardwood flooring. It paid for the first year while I built everything else up.

It is not standard on a developer's CV, but I would rather list it than hide it. Even now, alongside the freelance work, I still take on the occasional flooring or painting job.
